As used in sections 4914 to 4916 of this title, the term—
  1. (1)“academic year” means a regular school year, consisting of two semesters;
  2. (2)“page” means a page of the House of Representatives, but such term does not include a full time, permanent employee of the House of Representatives with supervisory responsibility for pages; and
  3. (3)“congressional page” means a page of the House of Representatives or the Senate.
