21 U.S.C. § 1534 — Technical assistance and training

  1. (a)In general
    1. (1)Technical assistance and agreementsWith respect to any grant recipient or other organization, the Administrator may—
      1. (A)offer technical assistance and training; and
      2. (B)enter into contracts and cooperative agreements.
    2. (2)Coordination of programsThe Administrator may facilitate the coordination of programs between a grant recipient and other organizations and entities.
  2. (b)TrainingThe Administrator may provide training to any representative designated by a grant recipient in—
    1. (1)coalition building;
    2. (2)task force development;
    3. (3)mediation and facilitation, direct service, assessment and evaluation; or
    4. (4)any other activity related to the purposes of the Program.
