29 U.S.C. § 2706 — Authorization of appropriations

1. (a)In generalThere are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this chapter such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1995 through 1997.
2. (b)AvailabilityAmounts appropriated under subsection (a) shall remain available until expended.
