In this subchapter:
  1. (1)Prize competitionThe term “prize competition” means the competition for the award of the Genius Prize for Save Our Seas Innovations established under section 1972 of this title.
  2. (2)SecretaryThe term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Commerce.
