  1. (a)There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter—
    1. (1)$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2009;
    2. (2)$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2010;
    3. (3)$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2011;
    4. (4)$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2012;
    5. (5)$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2013 1 So in original. Probably should be followed by a semicolon.
    6. (6)$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2014;
    7. (7)$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2015;
    8. (8)$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2016;
    9. (9)$60,000,000 for fiscal year 2017;
    10. (10)$60,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2024; and
    11. (11)$60,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2028.
  2. (b)Funds appropriated under subsection (a) shall remain available until expended.
