  1. (a)Federal CharterLadies of the Grand Army of the Republic (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.
  2. (b)Place of Incorporation and DomicileThe corporation is declared to be incorporated and domiciled in the District of Columbia.
  3. (c)Perpetual ExistenceExcept as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
