36 U.S.C. § 130301 — Organization

1. (a)Federal CharterLegion of Valor of the United States of America, Incorporated (in this chapter, the “corporation”), is a federally chartered corporation.
2. (b)Place of Incorporation and DomicileThe corporation is declared to be incorporated and domiciled in the District of Columbia.
3. (c)Perpetual ExistenceExcept as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
4. (d)References to Army and Navy Legion of Valor of the United States of America, IncorporatedAny reference to the Army and Navy Legion of Valor of the United States of America, Incorporated, is deemed to refer to the Legion of Valor of the United States of America, Incorporated.
