  2. (b)PurposeSteelmark Month recognizes the tremendous contribution made by the steel industry in the United States to national security and defense.
  3. (c)ProclamationThe President is requested to issue a proclamation calling on the people of the United States to observe Steelmark Month with appropriate ceremonies and activities.
