36 U.S.C. § 152401 — Organization

1. (a)Federal CharterThe National Recording Preservation Foundation (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.
2. (b)Nature of CorporationThe corporation is a charitable and nonprofit corporation and is not an agency or establishment of the United States Government.
3. (c)Perpetual ExistenceExcept as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
