  1. (a)Federal CharterNational Ski Patrol System, Incorporated (in this chapter, the “corporation”), incorporated in New York and Colorado, is a federally chartered corporation.
  2. (b)Expiration of CharterIf the corporation does not comply with any provision of this chapter, the charter granted by this chapter expires.
