36 U.S.C. § 153508 — Principal office and location of activities and gardens

  1. (a)Principal OfficeThe principal office of the corporation shall be in the District of Columbia or another place decided by the board of trustees.
  2. (b)Location of Activities and GardensThe activities of the corporation may be conducted anywhere. However, the corporation may establish tropical botanical gardens only in the United States and its territories and possessions.
