36 U.S.C. § 200104 — Restrictions

  1. (a)ProfitThe corporation may not operate for profit.
  2. (b)Use of EarningsEarnings generated by the corporation may be used only for the purposes provided in section 200102 of this title.
  3. (c)Use of PropertyProperty held by the corporation, and the proceeds from the property, may be used only for the purposes provided in section 200102 of this title.
  4. (d)Parks in the District of ColumbiaThe corporation may not occupy any park in the District of Columbia.
