  1. (a)Profit and StockThe corporation shall be nonprofit and may not issue stock.
  2. (b)Political ActivitiesThe corporation shall be nonpolitical and nonsectarian, and may not promote the candidacy of an individual seeking public office.
  3. (c)Honorary MembersThe corporation may not have honorary members.
