  1. (a)Federal CharterAmerican War Mothers (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.
  2. (b)Place of IncorporationThe corporation is declared to be incorporated in the District of Columbia.
  3. (c)Period of ExistenceThe corporation may continue to exist until there are no individuals who qualify for membership.
