  1. (a)Federal CharterVeterans of World War I of the United States of America, Incorporated (in this chapter, the “corporation”), is a federally chartered corporation.
  2. (b)Place of Incorporation and DomicileThe corporation is declared to be incorporated and domiciled in the District of Columbia.
  3. (c)Perpetual ExistenceExcept as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
