For purposes of this chapter, “Federal land management agency” includes—
  1. (1)the Forest Service of the Department of Agriculture;
  2. (2)the Bureau of Land Management of the Department of the Interior;
  3. (3)the National Park Service of the Department of the Interior;
  4. (4)the Fish and Wildlife Service of the Department of the Interior;
  5. (5)the Bureau of Reclamation of the Department of the Interior; and
  6. (6)the Army Corps of Engineers.
