36 U.S.C. § 80301 — Organization

1. (a)Federal CharterGirl Scouts of the United States of America (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a body corporate and politic of the District of Columbia.
2. (b)DomicileThe domicile of the corporation is the District of Columbia.
3. (c)Perpetual ExistenceExcept as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
