39 U.S.C. § 2001 — Definitions

As used in this chapter—
  1. (1)“Fund” means the Postal Service Fund established by section 2003 of this chapter;
  2. (2)Competitive products fundThe term “Competitive Products Fund” means the Postal Service Competitive Products Fund established by section 2011; and
  3. (3)“obligations”, when referring to debt instruments issued by the Postal Service, means notes, bonds, debentures, mortgages, and any other evidence of indebtedness.
