48 U.S.C. § 1733 — Qualifications for Office of Delegate

1. (a)be at least twenty-five years of age on the date of the election;
2. (b)owe allegiance to the United States;
3. (c)be an inhabitant of the Territory of American Samoa; and
4. (d)not be, on the date of the election, a candidate for any other office.
