52 U.S.C. § 21024

1. (a)There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the provisions of this subpart the following amounts:
   1. (1)For fiscal year 2003, $50,000,000.
   2. (2)For fiscal year 2004, $25,000,000.
   3. (3)For fiscal year 2005, $25,000,000.
2. (b)Any amounts appropriated pursuant to the authority of subsection (a) shall remain available without fiscal year limitation until expended.
