52 U.S.C. § 21053 — Authorization of appropriations

1. (a)In generalThere are authorized to be appropriated for grants under this subpart $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2003.
2. (b)Availability of fundsAmounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization under this section shall remain available, without fiscal year limitation, until expended.
