54 U.S.C. § 200301 — Definitions

1. (1)FundThe term “Fund” means the Land and Water Conservation Fund established under section 200302 of this title.
2. (2)StateThe term “State” means a State, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
