6 U.S.C. § 1101 — Definitions

For purposes of this subchapter, the following terms apply:
  1. (1)DepartmentThe term “Department” means the Department of Homeland Security.
  2. (2)SecretaryThe term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Homeland Security.
