In this subchapter:
- (1)DepartmentThe term “Department” means the Department of Homeland Security.
- (2)Human traffickingThe term “human trafficking” means an act or practice described in paragraph (9) or (10) 1 See References in Text note below. of section 7102 of title 22.
- (3)SecretaryThe term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Homeland Security.
