  1. (a)Assignment. Unless otherwise directed by the Board of Directors or as otherwise provided in the Local Rules, a hearing within the scope of this part must be held before an ALJ of the Office of Financial Institution Adjudication (OFIA).
  2. (b)Procedures. Upon receiving a copy of the notice under § 308.18(a) from Enforcement Counsel, OFIA must assign an ALJ to the matter and advise the parties, in writing, of the ALJ assignment.
