The Commission authorizes the Executive Director or the Executive Director's designee to:
  1. (a)Prescribe the updated fees for part 381 of this chapter in accordance with § 381.104 of this chapter.
  2. (b)Prescribe the updated fees for part 381 of this chapter in accordance with § 388.109(b)(2) of this chapter.
  3. (c)Deny or grant, in whole or in part, petitions for waiver of fees prescribed in § 381.302 of this chapter in accordance with § 381.106(b) of this chapter.
  4. (d)Deny or grant, in whole or in part, petitions for exemption from fees prescribed in part 381 of this chapter in accordance with § 381.108 of this chapter.
  5. (e)Determine the annual charges for administrative costs, for use of United States lands, and for use of government dams or other structures.
  6. (f)Grant or deny waiver of penalty charges for late payment of annual charges.
  7. (g)Give credit for overpayment of annual charges.
  8. (h)Deny or grant, in whole or in part, petitions for exemption from annual charges under § 11.6 of this chapter for state and municipal licensees.
  9. (i)Grant or deny petitions for waiver of annual charges for oil pipelines.
