  1. (a)The Secretary will maintain a system for docketing proceedings.
  2. (b)Any public information in any docket is available for inspection and copying by the public during the office hours of the Commission, to the extent that such availability is consistent with the proper discharge of the Commission's duties and in conformity with part 388 of this chapter.
