  1. (a)State agencies shall provide RDVETS, SDVETS, and ASDVETS with access to regular and special internal State agency reports which relate in whole or in part with services to veterans and/or eligible persons.
  2. (b)Each State agency shall make reports and prepare budgets pursuant to instructions issued by the ASVET and in such format as the ASVET shall prescribe.
