When we determine that an automatic cost-of-living increase is due, we publish in the Federal Register within 45 days of the end of the measuring period used in finding the amount of the increase—
  1. (a)The fact that an increase is due;
  2. (b)The amount of the increase;
  3. (c)The increased special minimum primary insurance amounts; and
  4. (d)The range of increased maximum family benefits that corresponds to the range of increased special minimum primary insurance amounts.
