  1. (a)Suspension effective date. We will suspend your SVB payments effective the first full calendar month you are no longer residing outside the United States.
  2. (b)Resumption of payments. If otherwise payable, we will resume your SVB payments effective with the first full calendar month you are again residing outside the United States.
