We will begin to count the earned and unearned income that would have been excluded under your plan in the month in which any of the following circumstances first exist:
  1. (a)You fail to follow the conditions of your plan;
  2. (b)You abandon your plan;
  3. (c)You complete the time schedule outlined in the plan; or
  4. (d)You reach your goal as outlined in the plan.
