20 CFR §654.410

1. (a)All housing sites must be provided with electric service.
2. (b)Each habitable room and all common use rooms, and areas such as: laundry rooms, toilets, privies, hallways, stairways, etc., must contain adequate ceiling or wall-type light fixtures. At least one wall-type electrical convenience outlet must be provided in each individual living room.
3. (c)Adequate lighting must be provided for the yard area, and pathways to common use facilities.
4. (d)All wiring and lighting fixtures must be installed and maintained in a safe condition.
