  1. (a)Where a WIOA individual record exists for an individual served under programs reporting through the WIOA individual record, States must report information regarding the receipt of services under this subpart for such an individual. This information must be reported in the WIOA individual record.
  2. (b)States must comply with these requirements as explained in guidance issued by the Department of Labor.
