The regulations that apply to programs authorized under WIOA sec. 167 include but are not limited to:
  1. (a)The regulations found in this part;
  2. (b)The general administrative requirements found in part 683 of this chapter, including the regulations concerning Complaints, Investigations and Hearings found at part 683, subparts D through H, of this chapter, which cover programs under WIOA sec. 167;
  3. (c)Uniform Guidance at 2 CFR part 200 and the Department's exceptions at 2 CFR part 2900 pursuant to the effective dates in 2 CFR parts 200 and 2900;
  4. (d)The regulations on partnership responsibilities contained in parts 679 (Statewide and Local Governance) and 678 (the One-Stop System) of this chapter; and
  5. (e)The Department's regulations at 29 CFR part 38, which implement the nondiscrimination provisions of WIOA sec. 188.
