  1. (a)A school can receive funding for the following part-time students:
    1. (1)Kindergarten students enrolled in a 2-hour program; and
    2. (2)Grade 7-12 students enrolled in at least half but less than a full instructional day.
  2. (b)The school must count students classified as part-time at 50 percent of their basic instructional WSU value.
