Distilled spirits labels, containers, or packaging may not bear the word “pure” unless it:
  1. (a)Refers to a particular ingredient used in the production of the distilled spirits, and is a truthful representation about that ingredient;
  2. (b)Is part of the bona fide name of a permittee or retailer for which the distilled spirits are bottled; or
  3. (c)Is part of the bona fide name of the permittee that bottled the distilled spirits.
