  1. (a)Any hearing shall be conducted at a reasonable time, date and place as determined by the Examiner.
  2. (b)In setting a hearing date the Examiner shall give due regard to the former employee's need for:
    1. (1)Adequate time to prepare a defense properly, and
    2. (2)An expeditious resolution of allegations that may be damaging to his or her reputation.
