29 CFR §1911.4 — Additional or alternative procedural requirements.

Upon reasonable notice to interested persons, the Assistant Secretary may in any particular proceeding prescribe additional or alternative procedural requirements:
  1. (a)In order to expedite the conduct of the proceeding;
  2. (b)In order to provide greater procedural protection to interested persons whenever it is found necessary or appropriate to do so; or
  3. (c)For any other good cause which may be consistent with the applicable laws.
