If the Director accepts the complaint for resolution, the Director must notify in writing the complainant, the respondent, and the grantmaking agency. The notice must:
  1. (a)State that the complaint will be accepted;
  2. (b)Identify the issues over which CRC has accepted jurisdiction; and
  3. (c)Explain the reasons why any issues were rejected.
