29 CFR §38.97 — Notification of finding of noncompliance.

Where a compliance review or complaint investigation results in a finding of noncompliance, the Director must notify:
  1. (a)The grant applicant or recipient;
  2. (b)The grantmaking agency; and
  3. (c)The Assistant Attorney General.
