  1. (a)Required information. An application for partition must include the estimated amount of annual financial assistance requested from PBGC for the first year the plan receives financial assistance if partition is approved.
  2. (b)Additional information. PBGC may ask the plan for additional information in accordance with § 4233.4(b)(1).
