As used in this part:
  1. (a)Brookmont site means those grounds and facilities of the Defense Mapping Agency Hydrographic/Topographic Center (DMAHTC) and the Defense Mapping Agency Office of Distribution Services (DMAODS) located in Montgomery County, Maryland, over which the Federal Government has acquired exclusive or concurrent jurisdiction.
  2. (b)Uniformed guard means a designated DMA government guard appointed to enforce vehicle and traffic regulations by the Director, DMAHTC.
