The following articles are not authorized for manufacture and commercial sale, except under contract with the Defense Logistics Agency, Troop Support (DLA Troop Support):
  1. (a)The Medal of Honor.
  2. (b)Service ribbon for the Medal of Honor.
  3. (c)Medal of Honor Rosette.
  4. (d)Medal of Honor Flag.
  5. (e)Military Department Service flags (prescribed in Army Regulation 840-10).
  6. (f)Articles for commercial sale that incorporate designs or likenesses of insignia listed in § 507.13, except when authorized in writing by the Army Trademark Licensing Program as specified in § 507.10(b).
