  1. (a)TIOH will revoke a certificate of authority to manufacture when the holder intentionally violates any of the provisions of this part or does not comply with the agreement the manufacturer signed to receive a certificate.
  2. (b)Violations are also subject to penalties as prescribed in the statutes referred to in § 507.5.
  3. (c)Repetition or continuation of violations after official notice will be deemed as corroborating evidence of intentional violation.
