Claims that are not payable are:
  1. (a)Claims resulting from simple negligence.
  2. (b)Claims for personal injury or death.
  3. (c)Claims resulting from acts or omissions of Air Force military personnel while acting within the scope of their duty.
  4. (d)Claims of subrogees.
  5. (e)Claims arising from private indebtedness.
  6. (f)Claims for reimbursement for bad checks.
  7. (g)Claims involving wrongful taking stemming from larceny, forgery or deceit, which are not accompanied by riotous or violent action.
  8. (h)Claims against Air National Guard members unless they are performing duty under Title 10 U.S.C.
  9. (i)Claims for indirect, consequential or remote damages.
