The Commander may regulate the use of designated or posted areas on Wake Island, as follows:
  1. (a)Restricted areas—which no person may enter without permission.
  2. (b)Prohibited activities areas—in which no person may engage in any activity that is specifically prohibited.
  3. (c)Special purpose areas-in which no person may engage in any activity other than that for which the area is reserved.
