40 CFR §1090.1220

1. (a)Overview. In addition to the requirements in § 1090.1205, an oxygenate blender that blends oxygenate into gasoline must keep records that include the information in this section.
2. (b)Oxygenate blenders. For each occasion that an oxygenate blender blends oxygenate into gasoline, the oxygenate blender must keep records of the following information:
   1. (1)The date, time, location, and identification of the blending tank or truck in which the blending occurred.
   2. (2)The volume and oxygenate requirement of the gasoline to which oxygenate was added.
   3. (3)The volume, type, and purity of the oxygenate that was added, and documents that show the supplier(s) of the oxygenate used.
