A certified butane producer must comply with the requirements of this section.
  1. (a)Gasoline standards. A certified butane producer must comply with the applicable requirements of subpart C of this part.
  2. (b)Certification and designation. A certified butane producer must certify and designate the certified butane they produce under subpart K of this part.
  3. (c)PTDs. On each occasion when a certified butane producer transfers custody of or title to any certified butane, the transferor must provide to the transferee PTDs under subpart L of this part.
  4. (d)Sampling, testing, and retention requirements. A certified butane producer must conduct sampling, testing, and sample retention in accordance with subpart N of this part.
