An independent surveyor that conducts fuel surveys must comply with the requirements of this section.
  1. (a)Survey provisions. An independent surveyor must conduct fuel surveys under subpart O of this part.
  2. (b)Registration. An independent surveyor must register with EPA under subpart I of this part.
  3. (c)Reporting. An independent surveyor must submit reports to EPA under subpart J of this part.
  4. (d)Sampling, testing, and retention requirements. An independent surveyor must conduct sampling, testing, and sample retention in accordance with subpart N of this part.
  5. (e)Independence requirements. In order to perform a survey program under subpart O of this part, an independent surveyor must meet the independence requirements in § 1090.55.
