The RFG covered areas are as follows:
  1. (a)RFG covered areas specified in 42 U.S.C. 7545(k)(10)(D):
  2. (b)RFG covered areas based on being reclassified as Severe ozone nonattainment areas under 42 U.S.C. 7511(b):
  3. (c)RFG covered areas based on being classified ozone nonattainment areas at the time that the state requested to opt into RFG under 42 U.S.C. 7545(k)(6)(A)(i):
  4. (d)RFG covered areas located in the ozone transport region established by 42 U.S.C. 7511c(a) that a state has requested to opt into RFG under 42 U.S.C. 7545(k)(6)(B)(i)(I).
